As a courtesy to our customers, we have made available several forms that are common to many real estate transactions. The content of the various forms, as they appear on the website, is approved for use in transactions involving Colorado real estate, provided such transactions are insured by United Title Company. Differentiated additions, such as names and legal descriptions, should comport with information already in the public records. Executing and recording a document with incorrect or incomplete information may result in the document being ineffective for the intended purpose.
